These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "JH English Quiz" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.

Article 2. Service Description

The App provides English vocabulary quizzes for Japanese middle school students. Features include:

• 600 vocabulary questions covering 3 years of curriculum
• Multiple-choice quiz format
• Progress tracking and score recording
• Detailed explanations for each question

Article 3. Account Management

The App does not require account registration. Learning data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data before changing or resetting your device.

Article 4. Prohibited Activities

You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:

1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Activities related to criminal acts
3. Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of us or third parties
4. Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
5. Activities that may interfere with the operation of the App
6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
7. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
8. Redistributing or reselling the App content
9. Other activities we deem inappropriate

Article 5. Paid Services (Premium Plan)

Some features of the App are provided as paid services.

1. The fees for paid services shall be the amounts displayed in the App.
2. Payment shall be made through the payment system of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Refunds are subject to each store's policies.

Article 6. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:

1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system for the App
2. When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
3. When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
4. When we otherwise determine it is difficult to provide the App

Article 7. Disclaimer

We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from defects in fact or law (including but not limited to defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.

Educational Disclaimer: The App is designed as a supplementary learning tool and does not guarantee specific educational outcomes or exam results.

Article 8. Changes to Service Content

We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.

Article 9. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.

Article 10. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the use of the App shall be handled appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 11. Notices and Communications

Notices or communications between users and us shall be made by the method specified by us.

Article 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
